What is included in the price?
Access to the app, hosting, standard configuration, white-glove onboarding and ongoing guidance are included. Bespoke migration, integration, development or consulting is agreed separately.
Does Email Go include automation?
RAAJE Email Go is designed for focused newsletter communication. Choose RAAJE Email when you need forms, landing pages, lead scoring and automated journeys.
What does the annual price save?
The annual price is equivalent to ten monthly payments, so you receive twelve months of service and save two months.
Can I move to RAAJE Email later?
Yes. We can help you review your needs and move to the more advanced email environment when the additional capability becomes useful.
What are the subscription terms?
Monthly subscriptions are rolling and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Annual subscriptions are paid annually, renew automatically every 12 months and save two months. Give us at least 30 days’ notice if you do not want to renew. All published prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
What is RAAJE Connect?
RAAJE Connect combines RAAJE Email Go and RAAJE CRM for £199 per month or £1,990 annually. The annual option is paid annually, renews automatically every 12 months and saves two months. Give us at least 30 days’ notice if you do not want to renew.
