RAAJE Technology

Turn scattered know-how into a place your team can actually use.

RAAJE Knowledge gives your team one structured, searchable home for processes and CRM playbooks, guides, policies, onboarding and working knowledge, without another per-seat pricing model.

What is RAAJE Knowledge?

RAAJE Knowledge is a managed internal knowledge platform for teams that want important information to be structured, searchable and easier to maintain. It includes your whole team, up to 50 users, in one organisation-level subscription.

Why it matters

Make useful knowledge easier to find and reuse.

One place for working knowledge

Bring processes, guides, policies, onboarding information and reference material into a consistent structure.

Search instead of asking again

Search across books, chapters and pages so people can find established answers without relying on who happens to be available.

Control who sees what

Use roles and content-level permissions to give different teams the access they need.

What you can do

Build a knowledge base around how your organisation works.

01

Structure knowledge clearly

Organise information using shelves, books, chapters and pages rather than leaving important guidance scattered across files and messages.

02

Search across your content

Use global and contextual search, tags and filters to find relevant pages quickly.

03

Create reusable templates

Standardise recurring documentation such as project briefs, processes, meeting notes or onboarding guides.

04

Manage roles and permissions

Set system-wide roles and override access at shelf, book, chapter or page level when required.

05

Add attachments and links

Keep supporting files and reference links connected to the page where people need them.

06

Create diagrams

Build and edit diagrams directly within your documentation workflow.

The cost of scattered knowledge

Finding information is still harder than it should be.

Atlassian’s 2024 State of Teams research found that 55% of knowledge workers find it hard to track down information even though they know many people at work, while 50% have worked on a project only to discover another team was working on the same thing. A structured knowledge base cannot solve every collaboration problem, but it gives teams a clearer place to capture and retrieve what has already been learned.

White-glove onboarding included

Start with structure, not an empty knowledge base.

We configure the agreed foundations, help establish an initial information structure and guide your team through the first steps. Large-scale content migration, custom integrations or bespoke development are scoped separately.

Knowledge management, not another file store.

RAAJE Knowledge is designed around useful, searchable documentation. Attachments support the knowledge around a page, but the service is not positioned as general-purpose cloud storage.
