1. Why fair use exists
Fair use allows RAAJE to offer clear organisation-level pricing while protecting reliability, security and service quality for every customer.
2. Normal business use
Customers may use the selected technology for their own ordinary business activities, within the published allowances and any scope agreed in the order confirmation.
3. Product-specific allowances
- RAAJE Email: up to 5,000 email sends per month. Higher-volume requirements must be agreed before use.
- RAAJE CRM: unlimited contact records under fair use. Unusually high storage, processing or data-complexity requirements may require a separately agreed scope.
- RAAJE Design Plus: up to 50 users under fair use. Larger requirements need enterprise scoping and pricing.
- RAAJE Email Go: intended for normal business newsletter activity. Unusually high subscriber, sending, storage or processing requirements should be discussed with RAAJE.
- RAAJE Transfer: includes up to 50 team users and 500 GB of active capacity for normal business file-transfer and sharing activity. Files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Automated, abusive or unusually bandwidth-intensive use may require a separately agreed scope.
- RAAJE Knowledge: includes up to 50 team users and is intended for normal business knowledge-base content and supporting attachments. It is not intended as general-purpose bulk file storage.
4. Use that is not fair
Fair use does not include unlawful activity, unsolicited messaging, attempts to bypass security or published allowances, reselling without an agency-partner agreement, excessive automated load, or use that materially affects other customers or the service.
5. What happens if use becomes unusually high
Where practical, we will discuss the usage pattern with the customer and propose a suitable scope or price before restricting service. Immediate action may be necessary where security, legal compliance or service stability is at risk.
6. Questions
