How RAAJE collects, uses and protects personal information.

Last updated: 11 August 2026.

Who this notice applies to: This Privacy Policy applies to individuals in the United Kingdom and, where relevant, the EEA and Switzerland. For individuals in the UK, we process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended. Other applicable data protection laws, including the EU GDPR where relevant, may also apply.

1. Information we collect

2. Why we use personal information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare and fulfil orders, provide onboarding and support, manage customer relationships, process payments, keep appropriate business records and protect our website and services.

3. Website analytics

With your consent, we use RAAJE Analytics, powered by Matomo, to understand how visitors use our website and help us improve it. Analytics is disabled until you choose to accept it. You can change your choice at any time. Details of the analytics cookies we use are available in our Cookie Policy.

4. Our lawful bases

Depending on the activity, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and consent where it is specifically requested.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only where needed with service providers supporting hosting, security, email, CRM, customer support, professional advice and payment processing. Payment details are handled by the payment provider used for the order and are not collected through the standard RAAJE website order form. We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as needed for the relevant enquiry, customer relationship, service delivery, security, accounting and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and whether an active or potential customer relationship continues.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, request portability and withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request.

9. Complaints

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through its official website.

10. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our services, suppliers or data use changes. The latest version will always appear on this page.
